The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.

All Nairobi Florists designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to certain areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements.

Nairobi Florists guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every  Nairobi Florists relay order. Each  Nairobi Florists arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional Nairobi Florists florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery to the  Nairobi Florists.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels,, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

For Products with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply.

For Hampers for Delivery within Nairobi

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value. Where two prices are listed, the flower and gourmet hampers pictured represent the base or starting value. Choose the higher value and your order will be increased in size/value compared to the image pictured.

Hamper prices shown are fixed to 1st January, 2024.

Christmas hampers are available at participating stores during the month of November and December only. All other hampers are available for delivery all year round.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 20-30 Minutes of ordering.

Complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery to the Nairobi Florists florist who delivered the order, or a claim cannot be processed.

For Hampers for Delivery outside Nairobi

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of an equivalent or greater value.

Delivery sometimes is not available on Sundays (or public holidays). Some deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday during normal business hours. Please consider this when placing your order. As our couriers insist on acquiring a signature upon delivery please ensure someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the Flowers (delivering to business addresses, where possible, often avoids this issue).

Specific timed deliveries are not possible, even with advanced notice. Our couriers are unable to contact the recipient prior to delivery. However, it is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so we can contact them if delivery is not possible after the first attempt. You may nominate for your gift to be left with a neighbor or in a safe place if required. If no instructions are given the courier will leave a collection card. The recipient will then need to call the courier to rearrange delivery.

If you do not place your order within these minimum lead times, every effort will be made to deliver on your nominated date, however deliveries may be made up to 2 working days either side of your nominated date.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 20-30 Minutes of ordering.

Plates, glasses and other props are not included, unless specifically listed in contents.

Valentines’s Day 2025

Guaranteed Delivery

Nairobi Florists guarantees delivery of Valentines Day orders that are placed prior to 5.00 pm on Wednesday 13 February 2025.

Nairobi Florists will make every effort to deliver orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off time of 5.00 pm on Wednesday 13 February  however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until Friday 15 or Saturday 16 February 2025.

In some cases, due to the availability of couriers in certain areas, in order to have your order delivered for Valentines’s Day, deliveries may be made on Friday 15 or Saturday 2025.

Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Nairobi Florists Customer Service Center on

Substitutions

Due to the large volume of orders placed for delivery for Valentines’s Day, Nairobi Florists reserves the right to make substitutions to the requested arrangement style in order to ensure that your order is delivered, particularly for orders placed after 10.00 am on Wednesday 13 February 2025. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.

Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home to accept your gift

In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.

Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Nairobi Florists florist to arrange for a re-delivery. In this instance, Nairobi Florists is unable to guarantee that a re-delivery will be able to be made over the Valentines’s Day.
