Same day delivery within Nairobi from Monday to Friday is possible provided that the order is placed before 3pm. Same day delivery within Kenya is possible provided that the order is placed before 9am.
Delivery is usually available within 2 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time and local conditions. Some areas in some counties (including Nairobi) are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 12 hours.

Nairobi Florists can deliver virtually anywhere within Kenya. Naturally, there are some areas to which we cannot deliver to due to their remoteness, and some areas maybe classified as restricted delivery zones, eg. How will I know if my order has reached Nairobi Florists?
When you place an order with nairobiflorists.co.ke, you will receive an email confirmation/tax invoice (usually within a couple of minutes). If your credit card transaction has been declined, it is most often the case that the credit card details have been incorrectly entered. In this instance, please re-start the order process and carefully ensure that your credit details are correct.
If the credit card transaction was successful, you will receive an email confirmation/tax invoice that outlines for you all of your order details, order number, terms and conditions, as well as all Nairobi Florists contact and business details. Can Nairobi Florists let me know when the flowers have been delivered?
When you really think about it, it would be almost impossible to call or email all of our daily customers with a delivery confirmation (there are hundreds of them!) We try to overcome this by offering AM/PM delivery time brackets and we always ensure that every effort is made to deliver within a specified bracket of time during the day. What happens if no-one’s home when delivery occurs?
If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient isn’t home, we will leave the flowers/gift either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on to Nairobi Florists (eg. with a neighbour). If this is not possible, we will leave a calling card in the recipient’s letterbox or on the front door asking them to arrange a re-delivery or collection from the local Nairobi Florists florist.
